Her exceptional dedication to sustainability was acknowledged with the esteemed Global 50 Women in Sustainability award by SustainabilityX Magazine in 2023. As an integral part of global youth programs, including the UNDP Movers program, UNFCCC Youngo, and UNEP initiatives, Sreelakshmi actively shapes the future of sustainability. Her passion extends to being an ardent speaker and advocate for sustainability youth, having reached and trained over 100,000 youths globally.
She is a sought-after invited speaker at various international platforms, having been a delegate at the 8th International Youth Conference in New York and the Conference of Youth 18 in the UAE. Sreelakshmi also presented a side event organized by a Pakistan-based sustainability institute during CoP28 in the UAE.
